Submit application

We basically engage in college graduate recruitment (new) and occasional recruitment (new/experienced). Please check the job postings on the job posting board from time to time.

For details (such as who to hire and qualifications), please refer to the details of the recruitment announcements.

Even if the job is not currently in progress, if you fill out the application form in the Ongoing Recruitment (Talent Database), we will consider you as the first candidate when a relevant job is available.

Document review

Based on each item of the application and personal essay, we will comprehensively evaluate the candidate, the job, the suitability of the company, the experience, and the passion of the person.

Step3
Interview

We measure a candidate’s ability and passion to do jobs, strategic thinking skills, practical skills, future potential and growth value.

The interview is a one-on-one process, and depending on the job, it may involve performing actual work.

Step4
Physical examination

We weigh the possibility of employment based on a medical specialist’s opinion.
(Employment is confirmed once eligibility for the job is attested by the doctor)
